Geoff Slater, PA-C
Geoff was born in Golden, Colorado. His road to medicine started at the US Air Force Academy where he majored in Biology. He went on to serve in the United States Air Force where he was a Flight Commander Supervising Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine and Coast Guard intelligence professionals. His time with the Air Force took him to Afghanistan where he was awarded a Bronze Star for his service. After leaving the Air Force, Geoff enrolled in the Physician Assistant program at the University of Colorado. In addition to his MPAS, Geoff has a Master’s in Public Health. He is most passionate about managing the multiple, complex medical issues many of our patients endure. He’s also dedicated to simplifying medication regimens and providing guidance to over-burdened primary care physicians.
Geoff lives in Lakewood with his wife and two daughters. When he’s not seeing patients he enjoys skiing, climbing and running.
